I am seeking information on the family of Josiah and Martha Lefew. They Were in the 1850 Franklin County, Va. Census. Then the 1860 and 1870 Census of Floyd Co., Va. When and where were they married? Who were Martha's parents? How many children did they have other than my great–great–grandmother, March Jane Lefew? She married Newberry T. Boyd 1847 in Franklin Co., Va. They were in the Floyd Census of 1860. Newberry's parents were William and Sarah Newberry Boyd. I need help on the Newberry and Boyd lines. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

I am looking for the parents of William M. Cooper born Jan. 17, 1847 in North Carolina. His father was from Maryland, his mother was from North Carolina.

Thomas Cooper did Sept. 15, 1789 Carolina Co., Maryland. He was married to Sephrenia ? White, she died March 10, 1832.

Their children were Risden Sr., Jan. 19, 1765 married Elizabeth Mace, Carolina Co., MD. 4–1790; Betsy B. 1767; John 1772; Laney White 1775; Thomas Dec. 15, 1780; Margaret 8–29–1783; Samuel July 15, 1787.

Risden Sr. children: Samuel born 1791 married Anna Paterson. Samuel's children were Newton L., Augustus, Albert Sydney, Sarah, Samuel 1841, and Thomas.

Samuel Cooper born 1787 son of Thomas, his children were Enoch, Thomas, Marion, John Wesley, Nathan, James and Samuel.

Risden Sr. had a son Risden Cooper Jr., who had 10 or 12 children of which 3 or 4 moved to Hill Co., Texas, 1870's, his wife also.

Newton L. Cooper also moved to Grandbury Texas.

William M. Cooper, my grandfather, is one of these Coopers. They were in Wilkes Co., Ashe Co., Rowan Co., Macen Co., North Carolina. Some of them were in Union Co., GA; Itawambi Co., Miss.

Any help on the Coopers would be welcomed very much. Thank you.

My great, great grandfather William Joyce married Malinda Priddy and they lived in Peters Creek township in Stokes County, North Carolina. They had two sons George and John and a daughter who's name I don't know.' would like to know when William and Malinda died and where they are buried.
